This presentation is to sell the audience on the implementation of the evidence-based intervention develop in the PICOT question using an E-Poster, and student’s presentation skills. PICOT Question: In adults between the ages of 18-50 with hypertension and obesity (P), how does the implementation of a nurse-led lifestyle modification program (I), compare to their peers with no structured intervention or standard care (C), affect blood pressure and weight loss (O) within six months (T)?
