For this assignment, address the following:
Develop at least 3, but no more than 5 strategies (strategic statements) for your selected organization, AYSO
Submit the mission statement you developed in M3: Assignment: Activity 3.1 Part 1(attached down)
Base your strategies on the information you obtained from assessing your internal and external environment last week (attached down) that support the mission statement. as Activity 4.1, Part 1
Study the results of the SWOT analysis carefully
Watch the videos in this module to understand what a strategy is and is not.
Your work will be evaluated on how well you answer these questions:
Does the strategy support the mission statement?
Is it a strategy or does it sound more like an objective?
As an outsider, is the strategy clear?
