Here is the discription for the assigment:”Each group, to support their analysis of this accident, will submit a written paper in the form of a case study.
It will contain a cover page, abstract, and references pages (minimum of five quality references— no Wikipedia, blogs, or other questionable sources) and at least 10 pages of text. The paper will explain in detail the group’s analysis of the selected accident, to include concepts, definitions, and models as discussed in class. The group will use either the SHEL, Reason’s, or 5M model as the outline/guide to structure the analysis. Will be written in APA style and format (Times New Roman, 12-point font, Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 7th ed.). The title page may deviate from APA (pictures okay) but must contain the title of the paper and all student names. It will be submitted both electronically in Canvas and in hard copy to the Instructor, and will be free of errors in spelling, punctuation, and English composition.
The paper must be of sufficient length to adequately cover the subject, but not less than 10 pages of text (excluding the title, abstract, and reference pages).
